HOW IT WORKS

Customer Submission
Participants send their unusable, expired or unused epoxies, urethanes, or other liquid thermoset materials to MAKO, ensuring all shipments are accompanied by the proper Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for accurate handling.

Material Evaluation & Processing
Upon arrival, our team carefully inspects and assesses the materials to determine the most effective method for rework, upcycling, or disposal.

Safe & Responsible Disposal
If the materials cannot be repurposed, MAKO ensures their proper disposal in compliance with environmental regulations, preventing hazardous waste from entering landfills or water sources.

Reformulation & Reuse
When feasible, we refine and reprocess materials into new adhesive and composite solutions, giving them a second life and reducing the demand for virgin raw materials.

Exporter Of Record
The “exporter of record” title is transferred to MAKO for management in the event of hazardous materials. This reduces the burden on your business and assures the responsibility is in the hands of experts in composites and compliance.
